Counselor-In-Training toggle arrow

Girl Scouts entering grades 10, 11, and 12 can participate as a Counselor-in-Training (CIT). CITs spend a week focusing on growth by practicing skills in a variety of camp activities and assisting camp counselors.

Girl Scouts who have completed CIT may participate as a Counselor-in-Training II the following summer. CIT IIs spend two weeks building leadership skills by co-facilitating camp programming, giving and receiving feedback, and planning all-camp events. Look for Counselor-in-Training and Counselor-in-Training II when selecting a session to register for.

CWP Intern toggle arrow

Girl Scouts entering 12th grade are invited to apply to our internship program. This four-week paid internship takes place during June. Our program is designed to prepare Girl Scouts to enter the professional world. Interns plan hands-on activities with counselors, co-facilitate activities for our campers, and even get to experience the CWP kitchen.
