Your Girl Scout has chosen a path that's uniquely her own.

As a Juliette Girl Scout, she isn't part of a traditional troop. Instead, she builds a Girl Scout experience around her own interests, goals, schedule, and dreams. She chooses the badges she wants to earn, the adventures she wants to take, the service she wants to give, and the skills she wants to learn.

Even though she's an independent Girl Scout, she still goes to camp, still participates in programs, and still needs someone in her corner.

What does a Juliette Mentor do? toggle arrow

As your Girl Scout's Juliette Mentor, you become her trusted guide, biggest cheerleader, and partner in discovery. Your job isn't to tell her what to do. It's to encourage her, ask questions, help her find resources, and celebrate every accomplishment along the way.

You help make her Girl Scout experience possible while she leads the journey.

You get a front-row seat to your Girl Scout's growth. You'll see her become more confident, more courageous, more curious, and more capable with every experience she chooses.

The memories you make together will last long after the badges are earned and the cookies are sold.

During Cookie Season toggle arrow

You'll serve as her Cookie Manager, helping her set goals, manage her business, learn financial literacy, and celebrate every milestone. She makes the decisions. You provide the support, stand beside her at cookie booths, and help her succeed.

Throughout the Girl Scout Year toggle arrow

You'll help her explore badges, complete Journeys, work toward awards, register for events, discover new opportunities, and connect with the larger Girl Scout community.

Sometimes you'll answer questions. Sometimes you'll help her find the next adventure. Sometimes you'll simply remind her that she can do hard things.
