Our Mission
Girl Scouting builds girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place—here in Southern Arizona, and beyond.
For more than 110 years, Girl Scouts have worked to make the world a better place, while pledging to help people at all times. Girl Scouts create the world they want to live in and strive to make it better every single day. They explore their strengths, take on new challenges, and can always be themselves, regardless of background or ability.
As Girl Scouts, we strive for our membership to represent and be inclusive of all—no matter community, identity, race, ethnicity, income level, sexual orientation, ability, religion, and beliefs; and to connect across geographic locations to truly be a place of belonging.
Supported by caring adult volunteers and mentors right here in our community, as well as millions of alums around the globe, Girl Scouts explore their strengths, take on new challenges, and lead the way as they discover who they are and what they are capable of.
Our events and programs help create an inclusive environment that enables all Girl Scouts in our community to reach their full potential and discover their voice and their power to shape the world around them.
