A Service Unit is a community of Girl Scouts and volunteers in a geographic area of our council. It also serves as an essential support system that organizes training, mentorship, and membership support for Girl Scout members in the area. All volunteers are encouraged to attend Service Unit meetings within their area.
Service Unit volunteers meet throughout the year to share ideas, receive training, and hear first-hand about upcoming events and council news. Service Units also organize events like local service projects, programming opportunities for Girl Scouts, celebrations, ceremonies, and more.
Our council is divided into twelve Service Units. Find your Service Unit, or explore our many service unit roles today.
If you're looking to grow your impact with Girl Scouts, a Service Unit leadership role is a great way to make a difference across your region of our council. Consider applying today!
All volunteers must have an eligible background check on file. Questions? Our Membership Team is here to support you whenever you need it. Just email or call us at 520-327-2288!
