Thank you for your interest in the Girl Scouts of Southern Arizona!
Many view Girl Scouts through a lens of volunteerism. We love our volunteers—but Girl Scouts is also a great career. So, what's it like to work at Girl Scouts?
Self-expression, community, inclusion, integrity, discovery—these are our values and they have been for more than 110 years. We strive to live these values as Girl Scouts ourselves and as teammates in the workplace. We are deliberate and self-reflective in our ongoing DEIA-RJ work.
You have the power to change the life of a Girl Scout. Together, we will build Girl Scouts of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place.
Our staff's core values include:
- Girl Scouts first
- Be the voice, live the mission
- Welcome opportunities for growth, innovation, and active listening
- Honor, embrace, and design for diversity
- Empower ourselves, each other, and those we serve
