Embark on an unforgettable journey, and blaze the trails through the breathtaking Channel Islands National Park and Joshua Tree National Parks! This adventure includes both backpacking and car camping, offering Girl Scouts the chance to explore scenic ocean trails, engage in exciting outdoor activities, and experience the magic of California’s unique landscapes. We will finish our trip with a great surprise, and Girl Scouts will have a weekend to join together with our Destination Unknown trip for a weekend of magic! A full packing list will be sent out a month ahead of the trip, and we will also do a gear check a week prior, so you'll have everything you need. Transportation to and from the Tucson Girl Scout office will be provided, and we will be making a stop at the Yuma Girl Scout office and in Casa Grande for any local participants. Meals will be provided; please ensure dietary restrictions are noted in your registration. Each Girl Scout will receive a fun patch at the end of our journey.
