Attention: Cadettes, Seniors and Ambassadors - LeadHERship 2025 – Trailblazers of Tomorrow

Who’s ready for the outdoor adventure of a lifetime? Join us for our 5th annual LeadHERship Summit, a unique gathering inviting Girl Scouts to embrace their inner leaders as they navigate trails, tackle group challenges, and uncover hidden treasures in nature.

Participants will have the opportunity to sign up for multiple of our featured activities including but not limited to:
Life Skills Labs – Dive into real-world topics and “adulting” essentials through fun, hands-on activities designed to build confidence and independence.
Tree climbing and crate stacking – conquer your fears and reach new heights while practicing team collaboration and good sportsmanship

Hiking – take in scenic trails, learn how to Leave No Trace and practice environmental stewardship

Archery – brought back by popular demand! Hone your skills on the range and learn the history and applications of this Girl Scout tradition

Iron Chef Food Pairings – use your food resources wisely to create a unique snack and compete in a taste-test challenge

Loom weaving – Discover the art of textile making with techniques that date back to the Stone Age, and make a mini masterpiece of your own

Woodworking – Test out various handheld tools to learn essential maintenance skills and take home your own wooden creation

Teamwork Competitions – We’ll have Capture the Flag, relay races, treasure hunts, and more challenges for a bit of friendly competition

Pack your backpacks, gather your friends, and prepare for exploration, empowerment, and unforgettable memories in the great outdoors!

Each participant will recieve an exclusive fun patch and a t-shirt. This is an overnight and mostly-outdoor event! Girl Scouts will be sleeping in enclosed, but open- air bungalows. Bungalows come equipped with a bed and mattress, but Girl Scouts will need to provide their own sleeping bag and pillow. A complete packing list reflecting most up-to-date weather predictions will be sent to registrants prior to the event. All meals will be provided including Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner, and Sunday breakfast and lunch. Please ensure any dietary restrictions and/or allergies are listed in your Girl Scout's registration.

We will have a Girl Scout pop-up shop joining us again this year. Girl Scouts may use their cookie dough, cash or credit card to make purchases.

Questions? Reach out to Sequoia Smith at ssmith@girlscoutssoaz.org or Lilly Jiroudek at ljiroudek@girlscoutssoaz.org if you're interested in participating through GVC.
