Life Skills at Girl Scouts
Girl Scouting is girl-led, which means girls choose which exciting, hands-on activities to tackle next as they explore their interests and learn new skills. The idea is to learn by doing —and at Girl Scouts, girls do lots of it.
Girl Scout badges form the foundation of activities that help girls grow as Girl Scouts. Whether it’s by exercising and staying healthy, advocating on behalf of others, protecting our environment, or exploring careers that can truly change the world for the better, girls gain the skills and the inspiration to accept challenges, overcome obstacles, and take the lead.
Explore our skill-building opportunities below, and be sure to check our council calendar to register your girl for upcoming programs.
