What About Parents?
Having trouble logging in or accessing the VTK? Try these four steps to troubleshoot:
- Check your web browser! Google Chrome is the recommended
browser for the Volunteer Toolkit.
- Clear your cache. If you've logged into the VTK before and are trying to access updates, you may need to do some spring cleaning on your web browser to get everything up-to-date.
- Renew your membership. Leaders and
co-leaders who have not yet renewed for the next Girl Scout year
won't be able to access the VTK.
- Renew your background check. Leaders and co-leaders with an expired background check are considered "inactive" by our computer system, and won't be able to access the VTK until they complete a new background check.
