Yuma Capital Campaign
Girl Scouts in Yuma have a new home! After decades at the Goldsmith Building, the Girl Scouts of Yuma County have a new address for a fresh start. This exciting move makes it possible to expand opportunities to even more girls in the community, increasing the life-changing impact of Girl Scouting.
Located centrally on 4th Avenue now, we are grateful to have found a place that will give Girl Scouts a sustainable, all-girl space to build critical skills: goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills and business ethics, along with a healthy sense of accomplishment for life. Beyond entrepreneurship, we are also proud to be offering curriculum in important STEM and life skills, as well as encouraging girls to spend more time outdoors embracing nature.
As our strong Yuma-based girls, volunteers, and alumnae know, Girl Scouting creates a space for all girls to explore new passions and skills, build meaningful connections, and become mindful, capable leaders for tomorrow. Invest in Girl Scouts today and ensure that the movement stays strong in Yuma County. A gift of any size will make a difference!
Together, we will empower girls to grow into women of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place.
