Hola, GSUSA Destinations Leaders!
We have some exciting news for Girl Scouts applying for Outward Bound Costa Rica’s Scuba & Sea Turtle Adventure destinations course offered in 2013:GSUSA is offering a $625 scholarship to applicants who demonstrate financial need and merit!The first round deadline for our 2013 destinations program has passed but we are still accepting applicants on a rolling basis. Please encourage your Girl Scouts to apply!

How to Apply for this Scholarship
Step 1:
Girls interested in attending Scuba & Sea Turtle Adventure need to first fill out a GSUSA destinations application and submit by emailinggirlscouts@crrobs.org or via fax 866-374-2483.
Step 2:
Once an application has been sent, girls should download our Scholarship Application and follow instructions on how to deliver it.
Note: Only 12 girls will be selected for this scholarship. Acceptances for first-round applications will be announced January 16th, 2013. We encourage girls who are eligible for this scholarship to apply as
soon as possible to be considered.

About this Course
Girl Scouts explore Panama’s fascinating marine and coastal life on the Caribbean Coast. In addition to learning to scuba dive, this 14-day course has been updated to include a service project designed to protect the endangered sea turtle population of Panama! The girls will also see Costa Rica during a day of whitewater rafting and a zipline canopy tour.COURSE TUITION:
