Lace up your shoes and let’s get moving! The Thin Mint Sprint Training Program was created for girls of all ages to prepare for the Thin Mint Sprint and to encourage active lifestyles.
Whether you're new to exercising or an avid 5k runner, you can find a Thin Mint Sprint training program that works for her this summer. Between July 1st and August 31st, you can complete the program of your choice on your own time, anywhere you'd like. All you need to do is pick a running or walking regimen, set a schedule, and stick to it!
