Leadership is the energy that attracts others while offering strength, comfort, and personal connectivity. It is an energy of inspiration and influence and it comes from a gift of confidence, a strong inner voice, and great vision for a new way of being. Leadership nurtures transformation and offers a response of gladness to help others. A true leader leads from the heart and weighs all sides of a situation with an emphasis on compassion and the greater good of all. I believe anyone can learn leadership skills, but people are most drawn to the natural leaders with that special spark of energy and these inherent qualities.
Advice for girls
It is important to recognize when others look up to you for help and guidance, and to respond to it knowing that you have the ability to make a meaningful impact in other people’s lives. It is also important to be true to your own unique perspective in the world. No one has the same experience as you do and it is your place to strongly share your voice and your impressions of the situation when warranted. The gift of leadership comes with the obligation to strive always to be your personal best because others look up to you for inspiration and as an example of living in a positive relationship with others. It also comes with the great reward of making a difference in the world and helping those who may need it the most and are afraid or unable to ask for help.
