On Leadership
Over the years I have read many books on leadership, and always strive to be a better leader. Leadership is a gift and talent that not everyone has, but everyone needs. It’s is the natural ability to either create or grasp onto a vision and run with it to make it a reality. Leaders are problem solvers and trail blazers. Great leaders have the ability to inspire others to rally behind a mission, purpose, and cause to bring about change or results. Leaders are good listeners, intuitive, often times risk takers, and decision makers. A GREAT leader is rewarded more by enabling others that he/she leads to accomplish and be all that they can possibly be. Leaders that lead with their hearts are able to “connect” with those that they lead, and multiply the impact that they have with their cause.
Advice for girls
Live your life to “make a difference”. When you look back on your life, measure your success on the number of times you have been able to help someone in need, the lives that you have touched or been touched by, and the difference that you have made to make the world that you live in a better place.
