Community Volunteer
Mary Ann Dobras has volunteered at numerous organizations throughout theTucsoncommunity. Through her philanthropic work she has seen first hand the power that one person can make through simple actions. To the girls of today, Dobras recommends getting out in the community and being open to new experiences in order to stretch oneself in new directions. She also encourages girls to believe in themselves and their ability to “live larger” than what’s expected.
On Leadership
Leadership means building community, mentoring, listening and encouraging others to make positive decisions for a group…. a family, a Girl Scout troop, a non-profit organization.
