My favorite quote, that I actually have hanging in my office, is Leadership is doing the right thing and management is doing things right. Once you truly understand that concept you change your thinking and leadership style.
Advice for girls
I guess first and foremost, WOMEN can do anything they can dream. Finding something that fuels your passion follows close behind. Take chances. Follow your dreams. Believe in yourself. Know when to “let it go”, i.e. problems, obstacles, challenges, etc.
