On Leadership
Leadership means being in a position to coordinate and collaborate with others to make something happen. It means being a visionary in order to perceive what needs to be accomplished in any field of endeavor. It means being strategic in thought and perception using listening skills and reflection to add a piece to the complicated puzzle that is life. Leadership isn’t about always being in the front persuading others. Each of us every single day is a leader in one way or another. It takes as much leadership to be in the back of the room supporting others as it does to be in the front of the room with the answers. Leadership is hard work, diligence and fun.
Advice for girls
While leadership is awesome responsibility, it is also rewarding and open unbelievable doors to the future.
