Leadership means working WITH people to achieve far more than they ever thought they could! Leadership also means having people skills, organizational and time management skills, and a good work ethic. Then you can get people to work together towards a common goal.
Advice for girls
Inspire by serving as a role model. Make the most of those around you and don’t be afraid to ask for help. A good leader can also be a good follower when appropriate. A good leader/co-operator can make things happen. A good lead IS NOT a “Boss”!!! A good leader can get a group to WANT to do something together and to work together.
