Leadership means empowering people around you to create a vision and help them to achieve their goals.

Keri Lazarus Silvyn is a native to our great state ofArizona. Silvyn grew up north of the Old Pueblo inScottsdalewhere she participated in Girl Scouts and earned her First Class Bar. Silvyn then came toTucson and attended theUniversityofArizonawhere she received both her Bachelors and law degree. Since then she has continued to “make the world a better place” and is the co-founder and chair of Imagine Greater Tucson.  When asked what she has learned on her particular leadership journey Silvyn is quick to respond: the importance of listening. “You cannot empower people to achieve their goals if you do not understand who they are and where they are coming from.”
