When I think about leadership and what it means to me I like to think about the women that have influenced my life.
These women were educators, peers, and women I have worked for and with. Their characteristics were: they had vitality, loved life and lived like every day was their last. These women are daring and love challenges but at the same time they possess kindness and understanding and are always there to give me support and inspiration.
