On Leadership

Courage is the main quality of leadership, in my opinion, no matter where it is exercised. Usually it implies some risk — especially in new undertakings. In this regard, being a leader requires us to be willing to be different, to be uncommon, a risk taker, to blaze the trail.  In the circle of life, we are sometimes leading, sometimes following, sometimes supporting, and always circling together. Leadership means to be part of the circle connecting lives together. The reward of leadership is exceptional.

Advice for girls

Step up! Enjoy every minute of your life. Believe in yourself and be true to yourself.

Be confident.  No one has ever done what you do or said what you say. You are unique, the only you in the world, you are a born leader.
