Leadership is representing those who selected you by listening, being supportive of their interests, always being honest, and having a sense of humor. Also, realize that you represent the whole group in the community. One must always truly care for the individuals and the cause they represent.
Advice for girls
When you serve as a leader the rewards are many: lasting friendships, making a difference in one’s community as a group, raising the interest in group members to the whole of the group, and having a good time.
