Betty Stauffer, a former Girl Scout Junior, sees problems and acts to fix them. Through Literacy Connects, Stauffer devotes herself to one goal: creating opportunities and resources to support literacy in all forms. For Stauffer, there is nothing more satisfying in life than shepherding another person, or an organization, to discover and then develop their full potential.
On Leadership
To me leadership means assisting people, organizations and communities to reach a level of achievement that otherwise would have not been attained. Great leaders leave the world in better shape than they found it.
Inspiration
