Leadership means nurturing and guiding, not trying to mold people into someone they’re not. Everyone has something unique they bring to the party and a leader recognizes how each quality can add to an ultimate goal.
Advice for girls
Don’t be stopped by negativity, whether it be from someone else or yourself. If somebody has something bad to say about you, thank them for sharing and move on. The “speed bumps” you encounter in life will truly make you stronger, even if it seems overwhelming at the time. Be strong and persevere!
