At the 2011 National Convention in Houston, Texas the national membership passed a resolution to allow local Girl Scout Councils across the country to charge a Council service fee of up to $12 per girl member.
Currently, the membership fee charged by our Council goes directly to GSUSA with no funds retained locally.
