Girl Scouts of Southern Arizona has begun revitalizing the volunteer support structure. The new structure allows for more meaningful volunteer experiences. There a several refreshed position that meet the need of the girls and volunteers of the 21 Century. Girl Scouts of Southern Arizona will be hosting several GO Team Volunteer Fairs in June and July. Please join us to learn more about the new structure, positions, and volunteer support.

July 12 6-8pm Cochise County, Resource Center
July 17 6-8pm Pima – North (TBA)
July 19 6-8pm Pinal County – (TBA)
July 24 6-8pm Pima – South (TBA)

I too would like to attend the June 26th volunteer fair . . . but may have a conflict that night. Have you determined the other Pima venues to coincide with the July dates? The Orca Swim Team has a home meet that night at the Hacienda and I am committed to be an “Stroke and Turn” official on the night of the 26th. I am attempting to see if someone will substitute for me that evening. If so I will attend on the 26th but looking at the additional dates as well, pending their local. Just an FYI parking may be tight for volunteers attending the evening of the 26th, due to the swim meet parking demands.
