Angel: I tried to go to classes that would help me in the future, classes that taught me how to “win respect”. Classes that would teach me what my body type was and how to present myself in a professional manner. I’ve learned that I am very polite already and that as long as I smile, be respectful, and remain positive I will be fine in the future.
Katie: this convention has opened my eyes. I have learned that girls are powerful and that if we can come together we can change history. I have found that so many girls are being degraded and in media they make us girls look like that perfect “10″. When it’s all a delusion or illusion that makes us normal girls feel unperfect or ugly. When we are all perfect in our own special way. N one girl is ugly, unperfect, or a freak. So many girls need to be empowered. So every one is beautifully perfect, even me.
