In Missouri, The Liberty Tribune reports that Governor Jay Nixon signed into law Senate Bill 649-Legislation that requires the Governor to designate each March 12 as Girl Scout Day and to recommend to the people of Missouri that the day be appropriately observed in recognition of the Girl Scout program.
