Girl Scouts told to “Wait Their Turn”

Over the past week , we have been watching some interesting legislature pass through the state. Is it fair to give Arizona Eagle Scouts reduced price fishing licenses but not Gold Award recipients?     i had a woman at a cookie booth talk to me about how upset she was by this unfair treatment of girl scouts. She wanted to know what we are doing about it and that we should organize and fight it as it is not fair.
